How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned racket, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Can I exchange my racket for a different model?
Yes! If you’d like to try another model (for example, switching from the Double Stripe to the Blaze), we’ll be happy to arrange an exchange.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused rackets in their original packaging. If you’re not completely satisfied, contact our support team to arrange a return or exchange.
How do I start a return or exchange?
To start a return, simply contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.
